Valentine’s Day Indulgences

February is the month to celebrate LOVE. Here are some fun Valentine’s Day gift ideas that beat chocolate and flowers. Whether it be for a special someone, a family member, a best friend or, most importantly don’t forget about yourself. This holiday seems fitting to focus on healing and give yourself some extra self-love.

 Here are some of our favorite indulgences for Valentines day.

 

Freezer Fudge Bites:

1 cup coconut oil

1/3 cup cacao 

2 Tbsp raw honey

1/2 cup almond or peanut butter

.5 teaspoon Pearl Powder

.5 teaspoon Reishi

Sprinkle ancient mineral salt 

Heat coconut oil in sauce pan.  Add all ingredients other than salt and mix well. 

Once mixed empty into ice cube tray

Create your own Rose or Lavender bath scrub:

Ingredients

         2 cups Epsom Salt (or sugar for sugar scrub)

         1 cup organic extra-virgin coconut oil

         10-15 drops Lavender essential oil

         Sprig of fresh rosemary (optional)

Instructions












1  In a large bowl, add Epsom salt, coconut oil, Lavender essential oil, and cut rosemary leaves. Mix well.

2  Transfer mixture to a pint-sized Mason jar. Cover with lid.

Omit the rosemary for a simple, yet luxurious body scrub that will leave skin feeling soft
